Target and CCIFC organize training in market research
Market research is currently the best way to set more realistic business objectives and evaluate your chances of success, as it will help decision-makers decide. Doing a market study is an excellent source of information: the target market, the needs and expectations of potential customers, and the suitability of the product or service offered.
Thus, the market research firm Target and the Franco-Congolese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFC) organize from 27 to 29 April 2022, from 13:00 to 17:00 at the headquarters of the CCIFC in Kinshasa, the training on market research for entrepreneurs, companies and other marketing managers of companies.
This training session of these two organizations will undoubtedly help entrepreneurs, business leaders, and marketing managers reduce risks and uncertainties in a market and know what studies to carry out to better understand their company's specific situation.
We will structure the training around three main modules:
-Unit 1: Understand what market research is (definition, role, importance, types of research to be conducted according to different situations of a company) and what is the process to follow to conduct market research (identification of the problem, research plan design, data collection, preparation for data analysis and report presentation)
-Unit 2: How to conduct quantitative research
-Unit 3: How to conduct qualitative research
Last year's editions of this partnership training between Target and the CCIFC had been a great success with the participation of business executives from the communication sector, banking, cosmetics, trade, and distribution. The last participants had benefited from the vital knowledge that helps them today in their different fields.
The participation fee is $330 for CCIFC members and $375 for non-CCIFC members. If you want to participate in this training, don't hesitate to contact the Franco-Congolese Chamber of Commerce by email at publications@ccife-rdcongo.org or by phone at +243840583175.
