Target: results of significant opinion polls expected in May

Target, a market research firm, plans to conduct a media study from March to May this year. Respondents will be asked about their media consumption habits. They will name, for example, which audiovisual, print, and online media they watch, listen to, or read and how often. The use of social networks will also be scrutinized. For example, the study aims to determine which mobile messaging applications are most used by the population and which media they follow most often.
What is unique about this year's survey is that Target is adding other themes that have not yet been addressed, including issues related to human rights and international politics, opinions on Congolese state institutions, and other issues related to social and democracy. Few studies in Congo touch on issues related to same-sex marriage, abortion, or the retention or abolition of the death penalty. Target respondents will be surveyed on these topics.
The respondents will also give their opinions on Congolese public institutions such as the presidency, the judiciary, the national assembly, or the Senate. A Target publication will also focus on sickle cell disease or SS anemia to gauge the population's knowledge of the danger of the disease and the symptoms that herald this disease for people living in underdeveloped countries.
Target will also be interested in this study in the population's socio-demographic criteria as the households' incomes or their religion of belonging. The issue of terrorism will also be addressed in this questionnaire.
The results of these different studies will be released progressively from May of this year.
