Target and its various challenges for 2019 in the April newsletter
Since the start of the first quarter of 2019, Target has been working hard to meet the challenges it has set for itself this year. Among those challenges: positioning itself as a leader in the local market. In this newsletter, the agency expresses its ambition to conquer the local market to be a reference in the field of market research in DRC.
Thus, to achieve its objectives, the firm has implemented new strategies. In its first strategic axis, which is the acquisition of new skills, the firm plans a series of pieces of training to benefit its employees. The courses are for internal employees or consultants. The goal is to bring the whole team to more responsibilities in the work.
During this first quarter, the firm worked to finalize action plans and launch data collection for several studies on the daily lives of the Congolese. These studies will be published in the second quarter of 2019.
Among these studies is one on media audiences. In addition to information on typical media consumption trends to be collected, Target will update the mapping of media in the DRC produced in 2017. Particular emphasis will be placed on the best communication channels on the Congolese web. Advertisers will thus discover which platform (Official Site, social networks) to communicate to reach their targets quickly. Many other aspects of the consumption of all media will be addressed in this survey.
In this issue of the Target newsletter, you will discover, from a summary of publications of 2018, a study on the specific behavior of women.
Resolutely registered in the promotion of women, Target dedicates a file to women. In this newsletter, the floor is given to Target women who express themselves on the woman's career in the field of Market Research.
The firm's various activities during the first 3 months, the life in the departments, and the photos of the exchanges of greetings are also to be found in the newsletter of Target available in full by clicking on this link: https://www.target-sarl.cd/fr/lettre-dinfo/targetnewslwtter8.
