In a festive mood, the Target Sarl Success day occurred on Friday, February 10, 2023. Wineq' S restaurant in Gombe was used as the venue for this ceremony.

Conviviality, good vibe, and uniformity; are the characteristics that truly describe this instant of professional happiness that brought together Target Sarl's incredible team.

In his speech, Serge Mumbu, General Manager, explained the core of this ceremony in building a motivated and united team.

"It is a successful day. We wanted it to be friendly, a time to have a drink together while celebrating people who stood out of the crowd," he said.

A first ceremony without any protocol

The chairman of Target Sarl shed light on all participants that this ceremony is open and does not consider any organizational protocol.

"We wanted it to be as relaxed as possible because, in past years, it was organized with a protocol. There was a word of the day, speeches (...) But we wanted this one to be different. We just come and share a drink and a meal," said Serge Mumbu.

9 people were awarded in recognition of their performance in 2022. They were classified in the following categories: Best in-house consultant, best supervisor, best analyst, best Field Manager Kinshasa, best Field Manager in the provinces, best external Field Manager, best face to face investigator, best CATI (Computed Assisted Telephone Interview) investigator, as well as the best IT agent.

Rodrigue LUKUSA, Data Assistant in the IT department, was named the best in-house consultant in 2022. Rodrigue is recognized for his dynamism, confidence, mastery of work, and open-mindedness. Yannick BILENGI was awarded the best supervisor prize thanks to his sense of responsibility and excellent work monitoring his teams.

Anne-Marie BAHUFITE was named the best analyst for her high common sense of adaptation and diligence in all her projects.

Two best investigators were awarded: Kiff KAMOLO, best face-to-face investigator, and Serge Muanza, best Cati investigator; he is punctual and more familiar with the field.

Julie TSHILANDA was the best Field Manager in Kinshasa, Espoir NGUDIA was the best Field Manager in the provinces, and Christel DZINGA was the best Field Manager abroad. These three Field Managers stood out of the crowd in 2022, thanks to their coaching of the teams in the field.

The quality of the best IT collaborator was awarded to Claude Julien MANZILA, who has respectfully followed instructions, in addition to his countless skills.

It is worth noting that these nominations were not subjective. The supervisors have issued, in turn, their convincing testimony on each short-listed agent.

Target Sarl gave several presents to all the best of 2022, congratulating them for their abnegation and professionalism. They tremendously contributed to making 2022 a successful year.
