Media Study 2022: Target presents the link between audience and communication strategy in an after-work
Target SARL organizes, on September 28, 2022, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in partnership with the French-Congolese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kinshasa, an after-work to present the link between audience results and communication strategy about the results of its 2022 media study. This survey presents the media consumption habits in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The results of this study are based on data collected from a representative sample of Congolese aged 18 years and older spread across the country's 26 provinces.
The 2022 media study also presents a comparative analysis compared to the year 2021, which reveals the evolution of Congolese media habits, the general profile of media consumers, as well as the media audience according to their nature (radio, free-to-air television, cable, and satellite channels, internet, written press).
The report is an opportunity for advertisers, marketing, and communication managers to find figures that will enable them to develop effective marketing and communication strategies. These data are essential for the success of their campaigns.
The success of a communication strategy depends in part on the ability of advertisers and marketing and communication managers to know the targets, the media habits, and the impact of the different media, as well as the metrics such as the media, the languages, the frequency of consumption, the preferred days of the consumers.
Practical illustrations of communication strategies can be developed according to targets (youth, men, women, seniors), cities (Kinshasa, Goma, Lubumbashi, Kikwit), and other aspects.
The 2022 media study is the 6th edition of a series that started in 2017. Target publishes a media study with data collected annually, presenting the Congolese media environment, consumer profiles, and habits, allowing the development of marketing and communication plans and strategies in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
