Médiacongo: Market survey: Serge Mumbu among the Insight 250 winners for the year 2022

Serge Mumbu, Managing Director of Target Sarl - a market research and consulting agency in the Democratic Republic of Congo - has been named one of the Insight 250 winners for 2022. "The Insight 250 is an annual celebration of the world's pioneers, leaders, and innovators in market research, data-driven marketing, and information. This initiative uniquely views data-driven leaders from academia, business, agencies, technology, media, and associations worldwide.
"I am honored to be part of the Insight250 winners that celebrate the best market research from 46 countries across 6 continents," writes the winner on his Facebook account. It is since October 2011 that Serge Mumbu launches his agency Target Sarl in this field of innovation and excellence. His experience, performance, and this agency's many achievements made him a representative in DRC of the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR), an association of market research professionals and opinions created in 1948 for Europe and which has a worldwide influence today. ESOMAR publishes a code of ethics for market and opinion research. The list of Insight 250 winners was unveiled at the 75th ESOMAR Congress in Toronto, Canada, by Crispin Beale (#Insight250 CEO) and Kristin Luck (Esomar President).

Serge Mumbu has over 20 years of experience in market research and consulting, including training and strategy, and is a regular speaker at industry conferences. He holds a Business Administration degree with a marketing major from the Protestant University in Congo. In 1999, with a few fellow students, he founded Experts, a market research firm he is the managing partner. In twelve years as the head of this institution, he has specialized in piloting quantitative and qualitative market research projects, presenting the results of studies, and writing reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
