72nd ESOMAR Congress: Innovation and Creativity in market research meet in Edinburgh

ESOMAR, the international association of market research professionals, will hold its 72nd annual congress from September 8 to 11, 2019. The latest trends and major innovations in the market research industry will be unveiled every year during the congress.
The organizers expect more than 1,200 participants and approximately 3,600 live streams. ESOMAR's mission is to improve market research practices and promote the best standards in market research to improve decision-making in the public and private sectors. Registration is still open until August 16 on the ESOMAR website.
Target was represented at the 2018 summit, which took place in Berlin from September 23 to 26, by Arlette Leumbou, Senior Market Analyst with the firm.



During her presentation, Arlette explained that insight is a need not covered by a company. She also said that clients expect agencies to deliver winning insights. Even though coming up with winning insights is an ongoing challenge for agencies. The entire presentation can be read here.
